Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Information

The prices mentioned on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.

We deliver only within Germany and Austria.

In addition to the indicated prices, we charge a flat fee of [€6.90 per order] for delivery within Germany and Austria. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

For cash on delivery, an additional fee of [€2] will be charged, which the delivery person collects on-site. [No further taxes or costs apply.]

For digital content (e-books, software, etc.), there are no shipping costs.

[Note to merchants: The following clause is necessary if you specify a flat shipping fee. Otherwise, you can remove this clause.]

The flat shipping fee amounts to [specify shipping flat fee] euros. The shipping flat fee includes the statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping flat fee is calculated based on the purchased goods, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the shipping flat fee can only be definitively calculated during the order process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
