A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kristina Günther, ever&again, Lucaestr. 6, 60433 Frankfurt, Germany, Tel.: +49(0)1736940206, E-mail: he***@ev**********.com) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a manner not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General Notes

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
  3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
