It depends on your bread, but basically yes. The bread bag should keep your bread fresh longer than the usual bakery bag can. Together, the cotton fabric on the outside and the linen fabric on the inside protect your bread from drying out. It's best to place cut pastries oh the cut sides in the bag to further protect them fron drying out.
The materials that make up the sustainable bread bag have been specially selected to protect bread and rolls from drying out and at the same time prevent waterlogging and the appearance of mold. We have never had normal baked goods go modly in the ever&again Bakery Bag. However, baked goods with filling should be stored in the refrigerator. Our Bakery Bag is also suitable for the refrigerator.
Sure, basically you can store all kinds of things in the Bakery Bag or use it for shopping. Whether it's a fruit basket, vegetable bag, onion or potato pot, or just for bread and rolls, our storage bag is suitable for almost all dry foods.
If you store fruit, vegetables or other perishable items in the Bakery Bag, you can store it in the refrigerator without any problems. From our experience, it also keeps food like salads fresh longer in the fridge.
We recommand wasinhg the Bakery Bag at 30 degrees. In principle, it is also possible to wash it hotter, but the fabrics may shrink a little. Please consider this before you wash it hot.
In our experience, almost all bakers are very fond of our bread bags and extremely helpful in using them.
